This engaging, interactive course provides 15 hours of hands-on training exploring the hypnosis field. You will learn and practice the basics of how to induce and deepen a hypnotic trance, the use of suggestibility tests, ego strengthening, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), and Ericksonian techniques. This introductory course will prepare you for the ethical use and practice of hypnosis within the scope of enhancing performance (athletic, academic), stress and pain management, smoking cessation, and weight release. Certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy requires an additional 60 hours of training in our Online Hypnotherapy Certification Training.
This introductory training is for mental health and wellness professionals, and those called to help heal others, regardless of degree or license, who are interested in learning how to use hypnosis to assist clients with their desired behavior modification through access to the subconscious mind. Accessing the subconscious mind allows the professional to guide the client to the source of their dysfunctional behavior patterns and create lasting change through post-hypnotic suggestions and NLP techniques such as ego strengthening, extinguishing unwanted patterns, reframing, anchoring a resource state, and collapsing anchors.
